He’s perfect in these scenes with Erika Slezak.
Roger is so full and rich as a character, and he is just phenomenal. I was very pleased to have him come back, because that is a relationship that we have built up over 20 years. It is very strong, and it gets better and better. It is a very unique relationship. Yes, Viki criticizes him, she corrects him, but she loves him. And in Todd’s own way, he loves Viki back.
Viki: Todd, there’s plenty of money to go around.
Todd: Define “plenty,” and if it doesn’t begin with, “I get everything I want,” I’m really not interested.
Viki: But the courts might not agree with you.
Todd: To hell with the courts. Leopard skin is the fabric of desperation.
Todd: Are you gonna hand out dental floss with all these jawbreakers?
Viki: There’s nothing wrong with an occasional overdose of sugar.
